You will literally do this whole meal in one single frying pan, combining colour, texture and bucket loads of flavour.

Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 bacon rashers
  • 2 sausages (chopped into pieces)
  • ½ can plum tomatoes
  • Spinach (small handful)
  • 1 tsp butter
Method
  1. In to a frying pan over medium- high heat add the butter to melt.
  2. Fry off the bacon and chopped up sausages. Keep them in the pan but push to the side to make room for your next ingredients. Once cooked and starting to colour (turn golden at edges) you can add in the plum tomatoes, and eggs to fry.
  3. Once the eggs are fried and the white is firm to touch, you can serve up. Add a little fresh spinach to a plate and add on the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Serve straight away.

Note: Chopping up the sausages means you reduce the cooking time considerably. If you would rather oven bake the sausages, please do this.
