Do enough for health, do more for enjoyment. Throughout history we have needed to move to find food and water, build shelter, avoid danger, and for pure enjoyment. Our approach is called MARS: Movement, Aerobic, Resistance, Stance – and works equally well for those just starting out right up to professional athletes.
